We began our journey in 2012, with the passion, certainty and desire to make Menorcan honey, an ancestral honey, known to the world.

With the help of the beekeeper Antoni Anglada, we tried to take advantage of the great organoleptic richness of Menorcan honey and present it under the Dolçamar brand.

Little by little, other products related to honey and those derived from beekeeping, such as propolis and pollen, are gradually being incorporated, combining them with other elements from the Menorcan countryside to offer small gastronomic gems of the highest quality.
